Create your voting website
Choose a name and get your own subdomain tu-org.demokratian.org (o .es o .net). Customise colours, logo, and imagery.
Import the electoral roll
Upload a CSV, Excel or TXT file with your voters. They can vote directly on the platform or receive a one-time code by email, with no need to register.
Configure the election
You choose how voting works (by order of preference, simple majority, etc.), set quorum, dates and rules. Each vote is independent.
Auditable results
When it closes, the result is sealed: anyone can repeat the tally count and verify that the minutes record has not been altered. Verifiable PDF minutes by scanning its QR code.

If anyone tampers with a single vote, it is noticed.
Each ballot leaves a mathematical fingerprint and, at close of poll, the result is sealed by an independent time authority. No one — not even us — can alter the count without it being detected.

What people usually ask before getting started.
Can anyone find out how I voted?
No. Once it is recorded, your vote is stored with no link at all to your identity: neither the organisation nor the election monitors can connect them. What can and cannot be verified is explained, with no small print, on the security page.
How do I know no one has tampered with the result?
When it is closed, the result is sealed with a fingerprint of all the votes and a third‑party timestamp. Anyone can recalculate it from the record: if a single vote changes, it no longer matches.
Do voters have to register?
No. They can receive a one‑time personal login by email or SMS, or sign in with a username and password if you prefer.
Where is my data?
Hosted on servers in Spain. Voting data never leaves the European Economic Area.
Is the result legally valid?
Demokratian gives you a technical, verifiable record of the process. Its validity depends on your organisation’s statutes and rules: we recommend that they expressly allow electronic voting.
Can I combine online and in-person voting?
Yes. With the in‑person ballot box, the polling station records who votes in person and their ballot is included in the same tally count without being linked to anyone.
