For companies

Online voting for companies.

Staff consultations, board and shareholders’ meeting votes, with the electoral roll under control and a result that can be verified.

The electoral roll under control

You decide who votes in each consultation: the whole staff, one department or a group of members. Each person is included only in their own vote.

Secret ballot

Once the vote is recorded, not even an administrator with full database access can reconstruct who voted for what.

A result that can be verified

When the vote closes, the result is sealed and any participant can check that the record has not been altered.

How it works

A typical case: staff consultations

  1. You upload the list of people entitled to vote: one by one or, in paid plans, by importing a CSV or Excel file.
  2. You open the consultations you need, each with its own time frame and, if required, a minimum quorum.
  3. Each person votes with a username and password, via a personal link sent by email (from the Starter plan) or at an in-person polling station. The vote is secret.
  4. When it closes you publish the result with its record, which any participant can verify.

Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask before getting started.

Is it suitable for board or shareholders’ meeting votes?

Yes. Each vote is independent and you can define quorum and rules. If the vote has legal effects under company law, its validity depends on the applicable law and your articles: check this with your legal advisers before calling the meeting.

Do people on the electoral roll have to register?

No. They can sign in with a username and password, vote via a one-time personal link they receive by email (from the Starter plan; by SMS, from Professional) or vote at an in-person polling station with a ballot box.

How much does it cost?

Up to 50 voters is free. Above that, the price depends on the size of the electoral roll. You can see prices and options on the pricing page.
