Yes. Upon confirming your vote, an on-screen receipt containing your cryptographic code will be presented. Depending on organisation setup, an email confirmation may also be issued.
Quorum details (total eligible census vs cast votes) are displayed on the public results panel once the vote has closed.
Security and Trust
How we guarantee the integrity of your votes
Después de votar
Yes. Scrutiny reports and digital hashes are available for electoral officers or independent auditors to verify the integrity of recorded votes.
The platform separates voting authorization from ballot storage. Upon voting, identity is flagged as "voted" while an encrypted, unlinked token stores the choice into the database.
Yes. Using your individual confirmation code, you can search the audit registry to verify that your ballot was tallied without revealing your actual choice.

Section 2
At the start of a vote, the system generates a cryptographic hash key that seals the census and options. Any modification to the configuration or data during the vote breaks the key integrity, alerting auditors to potential tampering.
In weighted votes (e.g. homeowners' associations or shareholder meetings), each member is assigned a specific voting weight or percentage. When a vote is cast, the system multiplies the selection by the member's weight to calculate final percentages accurately.
Yes. Advanced security options allow restricting voting access to specific IP ranges (e.g., company network) or enforcing geographic IP restrictions if required by your organisation's bylaws.
Yes, billing information can be updated at any time via the subscription management link in your billing panel or confirmation emails.
Yes. Administrators can temporarily pause an active vote in case of an emergency or incident. While paused, voters cannot submit votes. Once resumed, the process continues normally, and you can extend the deadline if necessary.
In Settings → General Settings you can set the official timezone used by the platform to manage your site's entire lifecycle: automatic opening and closing of votes, scheduled bulk email dispatches, and audit logs.
Important (Global Setting): This change takes effect immediately across the entire system. Avoid modifying the timezone while you have active votes running.
Why should it not be changed during an active process?
Changing the server reference time while a vote is in progress can cause severe discrepancies:
Premature opening or closing: It may advance or delay the actual closing time relative to the time displayed to voters.
Notification timing errors: It misaligns scheduled automatic email reminders.
Audit log inconsistencies: It creates discrepancies between timestamps seen by users and internal security logs.
Security recommendation: Review and set the timezone when configuring your platform for the first time. If you need to change it later, always do so outside active voting periods or during a maintenance window.
Yes, standard consumer purchases include applicable local VAT based on your country of residence.
You can schedule automatic email reminders for members who have not yet voted. The system tracks participation status and sends reminders only to pending voters, preserving complete anonymity regarding how they intend to vote.
Yes. You can configure multi-question processes where voters respond to multiple questions or motions in a single voting session, each with its own options and rules.
You can enable or disable the option to allow census updates during active votes. If enabled, newly added members will receive their access credentials and can participate before the closing deadline.
