Primaries and membership ballots online.
Primaries, conferences and membership consultations with a secret ballot, scrutineers for each slate and a result that anyone can verify.
Secret ballot
Once the vote is recorded, not even an administrator with full database access can reconstruct who voted for what.
Scrutineers for each candidate list
Each slate can appoint someone to oversee the process from their own read‑only portal. Available from the Starter plan.
A result that anyone can verify
At the close, the result is sealed and anyone with the record can check that it has not been tampered with.
A typical case: primaries with several candidate lists
- Import the membership roll and, if needed, split it by territories or categories.
- Each candidate list appoints its scrutineers, who follow the process from their own portal.
- Members vote online and, in parallel, at in-person polling stations whose votes feed into the same count.
- At the close, the preferential count shows each round and the sealed record is available to anyone who wishes to verify it.
What people usually ask before getting started.
Can the leadership see how each person voted?
No. Once a vote has been recorded, not even an administrator with full access to the database can reconstruct who voted for what.
How do slates take part in monitoring?
Each slate appoints its election monitors. They log into their own read‑only portal, from which they follow turnout and the integrity of the Vote.
What if the electoral roll is very large?
The standard plans cover electoral rolls of several thousand people, and above that there is a tailored plan. Write to us with the size of the electoral roll and the dates.
