Online voting for universities and student councils.
Elections to student delegations and councils, associations and internal ballots, without ballot boxes or paper ballots and with a result that can be verified.
The entire electoral roll, paper-free
Import the student list from a CSV or Excel file and each person votes from their mobile during the voting period. Available from the Starter plan.
Candidate lists with their scrutineers
Each candidate list can appoint someone to oversee the process from a read-only portal. And if a polling station is needed on campus, its votes feed into the same count.
Multiple languages
Ballots and notifications are available in Spanish, Catalan, Basque, Galician, English and more, for campuses with more than one language.
A typical case: elections to the student delegation
- Import the electoral roll of students in the faculty or school from a CSV or Excel file.
- Each candidate list appoints its scrutineers, who follow the process from their own portal.
- Students vote online during the voting period and, if you wish, also at a polling station on campus.
- At the close, the sealed record is available to anyone who wishes to verify it.
What people usually ask before getting started.
Can it be used for official university elections?
For elections of student representatives and associations, yes, provided your regulations allow it. Elections to the university’s governing bodies are governed by its own rules: check with the general secretary’s office before using an external tool.
What about data protection for students?
The electoral roll is stored on servers in Spain and voting data does not leave the European Economic Area. Votes and identities are stored separately, with no way to link them back together.
What if the electoral roll is very large?
The standard plans cover electoral rolls of several thousand people, and above that there is a tailored plan. Write to us with the size of the electoral roll and the dates.
